Went over and got it taken care of. Old profile
was corrupted. After much troubleshooting just
created a new profile and coppied over the old
data files. Set up outlook. Good to go.

He was able to resotre all settings except the 
email, but has some question about 3 folders 
which contain different desktops from different 
points in time and he's not sure which folder is 
the one that starts up.

When he logged on this morning he got an error 
saying that all his settings were missing. He was 
able to recreate all his settings on his desktop 
except for the ones in Microsoft Outlook. He will 
be in all day except from 11-11:30.
