is good now.

I called her and verified that her password was 
indeed 7 characters long with the necessary 
changes in characters.  She is going to try 
accountlookup and then see if she can log in to 
the network.  I'm wondering about user error
(ignorance) because she was, at first trying 
part of her social security number with her 
initials as her user name.

It gives her the message "Computer could not log 
you on, make sure username and password are 
correct." She has made sure, and they are correct.
