Note: Each of the CDs I tested worked perfectly 
fine in the upper CD rom drive and opened 
normally. The problem definately seems to be with 
the lower drive.

Drive opens and closes fine with no disk in it. 
However, with any CD inserted (I tried four 
different ones from his desk) the drawer has 
trouble opening. 

It appears that the disks aren't spinning 
properly and are coming out of the indented area 
in the tray. When the drawer tries to eject the 
disk gets jammed causing the tray to retract.

This also makes it particularly difficult to open 
the drawer with a paperclip as the cd itself 
holds the drawer shut.

secretary is most likely not in this week to open
it up for us.

The lower CD drive will not open. There is a CD 
in it. He said he has had problems with this 
before.
