I logged in remotely and gave her administrative
rights on her computer. This should allow her to
download the players she needs

When trying to open attachments from emails or 
from an online site (such as a calendar on 
ivillage), unable to open.

Error says need micro media, or flash player. 
Sometimes says "needs administrative..." 
(password/privileges, she did not know which)
