Joe, I placed the config sheets for this printer
on your desk with a post-it note with WOU numbers
etc. Please add this printer to Radar under the HL
user group so any workers in the library can print
to it. That should be all it takes to close the
ticket. Thanks.

Figured out the problem. The Jetdirect had the
Parallel cable plugged into Port 2. When I plugged
it into port one I was able to print a config page
no problem. This config page issue was the reason
we didn't get this printer on Radar in the first
place.

This printer isn't on Radar and evidently everyone
in the area is using Radar for their printers now.
Since Joe's not in I'm going to add the printer
manually to Elise's computer and then get the
config sheets so Joe can add the printer to Radar.
