message stating that I had done so.

User will be there until 2:30 but someone else 
will be using the printer later on after that.

User has requested a highlighter pen for being 
the 20,000th caller. She is running a project on 
the printer and the low ink light is on, but she 
cannot find the software or information that 
tells her what the level of ink is. She'd like to 
be able to find out.
