from Heal note:
a Grad student working on a paper had checked out 
a laptop from the WUC info desk.  She could not 
logon due to incorrect info (or possibly info for 
logging into MASH) from the WUC desk person.  She 
had returned the laptop to the WUC desk (this was 
her 3rd machine) for the same reason (inability 
to log on).  After multitudinous possiblilty 
elimination, she came across the fine print on 
the yellow paper that she had gotten from the WUC 
info desk about the username and pswd for loggin 
into the computer itself.  Also, she had a flash 
drive installed upon startup.  The real point of 
this note:  I didn't know how to help her.  She 
ended up figuring out the solution while I did 
moral support duty.

She is the one who figured this out.  Being that 
today is a Saturday during spring break, I went 
ahead and stayed on the phone for much longer 
than the 3 minute limit, putting the student on 
hold and calling TRC(no answer), Library (no 
answer), and WUC info (where she checked the 
computer out, and got a msg. that the center 
opens at 10am).

Grad student, Joanne Sustrick, cannot login to a 
computer that she checked out from the WUC info 
desk.  She's off campus an therefore has no 
access to MASH, so she's trying to logon to the 
computer itself unsuccessfully.
