I have sent her an e-mail, I have also left a 
couple of voicemails in regards to this.  We have 
installed mozilla instead of netscape composer 
because it is no longer available.

She was using netscape composer on her old 
computer and it did not get put on her new 
computer. She thinks it was version 7.
