He called and said that his computer won't turn 
on again.  He shut it off after running updates. 
He said that he can't have this happening all of 
the time.

this is done. I rebooted the machine and it came 
up just fine. He was getting the windows defender 
error and his updates are all done.

When he turned on the PC today, he was presented 
with the windows update notification. He selected 
reset, but an error message appeared. He shutdown 
the PC, but it does not turn back on.
