Zoom Text had the second install key directed to
20030170[Edit Inv]. That computer does NOT have Zoom Text
installed. Installed Zoom Text on 20030143[Edit Inv] and
directed the second install key to 20030143[Edit Inv].

Kathy will call back with the machines numbers.  
They would like this installed by friday.  She 
would also like someone to show her how to use 
it after it is installed.  I mentioned that Sue 
and Scott were user support.  She slammed them!  
She said they were only good for basic word 
stuff.  I told her she was mistaken that we 
refer people to them for application support all 
of the time.  HOWEVER< if one of you knows how 
to use it please give her a call and show her 
how.
