First, he was having trouble sending an email, so 
he logged out and tried to log back in. It just 
sat there and acted like it was trying to get to 
the page, but never did. One other person in his 
office was having the same problem. Paul was also 
trying when I was on the phone with Leonard and 
he couldn't get there either. Just for good 
measure, I decided to try to get into email as 
well, and it didn't work. Paul left a message 
with Travis.
