A lot of formatting issues...Set word back to
default margin settings and customized one of her
word tables to fit within the specified margins. 
Could not reproduce the problem with the computer
freezing. Closing the task.

It keeps defaulting to strange margin settings. 
She also gets an error report when opening a 
browser, then her computer freezes.
