Sonic burning software was not recognizing the cd
burner.  Installed CDBurnerXP Pro, which did
recognize her drive and removed sonic software.

Her computer will not burn any kind of 
information onto CDs. She was speaking with a 
tech about this earlier today, but she doesn't 
remember which one.
