Alyssa Indra is trying to access the printer from 
terminal server 3, but gets a message saying 
Mallard is busy with terminal server 8. She also 
can't set Mallard as the default printer. This is 
the printer she normally uses over there, and has 
not encountered any problems before. She can 
stick around for a little while, or Cara may be 
back later in the week.
