Since we haven't heard from this user yet I'm
going to go ahead and close this and flag it under
myself. I'll keep it there for 2 more weeks and
then let it go if we haven't heard from the user
by then.

****This is an email****

Hi, this is Mike from UCS. I'm emailing you about
a ticket you called in regarding your Mac. It's
asking you to enter a "key chain" when you log in.
What the key chain is is a system program in the
Mac operating system that memorizes passwords and
user names for you. When it asks if you want to
add the information to key chain if you say yes it
will remember the information you've entered and
won't ask you the next time you get to the login,
but will enter it automatically for you. If you
don't want to do this you should be able to cancel
out and continue without any issues.

Please email us at ucshelpdesk@wou.edu and let us
know if this helps you with your issue. If you
need further help please let us know when you'll
be in your office so we can try to get a tech out
to you at the proper time.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding
this ticket please call us at 88925 or email us at
ucshelpdesk@wou.edu and we'll be happy to help you.

Thank you,

Mike Orr

There is some kind of input field that asks for a
keychain.
