She should have MS Office 2004 Pro from P0050866 
on her machine along with Appleworks(not sure 
version) that came bundled with iMac G5 but she 
sent an email to Service Request asking for 
information on how she gets Office(she asked 
about iWorks also but that would require a 
purchase).  She may have them and just not know 
where to find them so please check that out
