problem resolved but he was not there. He will be

Called Faye Whitenack at 88172 and left vm asking
if she needed any info from us for this. Gave her
Christopher's name. There isn't really anything we
can do for this ticket besides facilitate
communication between the banner team and Christopher.

Called to get some specifics.  He says that he has
not used banner for six or seven months and is
trying to gain access using his old login info,
which banner says is incorrect.

He is getting a message saying 'Invalid 
username/password' when trying to access banner.
