The volume on the monitor wasn't turned up. I
walked him through the process according to the
online manual over the phone. He said that it's
working now.

User will be in the office after 10am on Monday.
he's getting ready to leave the office right now.

All volume settings look fine, but for some reason
he has very low volume. he CAN hear sound, but
it's very quiet. 

he said he's got a monitor with built in speakers
so we may want to check and see if there's a
monitor driver we can install that will fix the
problem.

he said "he bought" the monitor. I wasn't clear on
if he did this through his department or if it's a
personal monitor. It may not match the one we have
listed in inventory.

Got ahold of user. Remote connecting to see what's
going on.

He cannot find a place on the speakers to get the 
volume up and he cannot find a way to do it on 
the computer.  You can just call him at his 
office. He does not need someone to come down 
there he said.
