Called and left her a message letting her know
there is an issue with banner and that there is no
time estimate on when it will be fixed. I
suggested that she keep trying every hour or so
until it starts working.

Some professors cancelled classes and she was 
going to send out an email to the students. When 
she tried looking up the class roster by CRN, the 
bar at the bottom of the screen that shows 
progress got about half way and then nothing 
happened. She tried several different CRN's, but 
they all had the same result.
