She was having a problem because the popup blocker
wouldn't allow the new window to open so I
disabled it. She was also having trouble with
links on her webpage so I helped her out on that
one too.

I went again this morning. She posted office hours
from 10-12 for today and 9-something on Mondays if
this isn't resolved today.

She is trying to create new folders in 
Communications Express, but when she clicks 
on 'new', under 'manage folders' it doesn't 
create a new folder.
