this is fixed. She was missing drivers for her 
color printer

User called back. She is avialable now, and 1-3 
in the afternoon. She is available all of 
tomorrow except late afternoon.

She said that now was not a good time to come by
and that she'll call the helpdesk with a better
time in a few minutes.

She has been unable to print to this printer 
since we changed to the RADAR system. The printer 
is in the available printer list, but when she 
selects it the print button is grayed out and no 
options are available.
