We're going to be ordering the thin clients in
June or July so they go on next year's budget.
This ticket will be closed but flagged so that
when the merchandise comes in we can relate it to
this ticket.

thin clients would come from if we were to put any
in that area of the library.

client as a permanent solution.

Machine needs Public Web Browser installed, but
other than that, no specialty software is required.

I imaged the hd with an optiplex image and now it
needs to be bound to the domain and have whatever
software that the library needs, installed. It's
on my desk right now and I will be back on
Thursday. If someone wants to get a hold of the
contact and find out what sw is needed, please
list it in here or install it. 

NOTE: If you work on this ticket, ONLY the hard
drive needs to switched into the computer that is
currently at the station(I already updated the
inventory, so you can leave that optiplex there)
then bring back the thin client that is there too.

The new computer boots to blue screen also so I
put in a thin client temporarily. I am going to
have to reimage the hard drive and then install
the software that the library needs.

We also took the processor out of the old one
because it is faster and we put it in the new one.
