Hello,
 
We have discussed the OmniForm issue in our 
office. It was decided that we need to have the 
version that is licensed to Sally Dunkin removed 
from her computer and put on to my computer. My 
computer number is 20050784[Edit Inv] (Kristin Olsen). The 
version that is licensed to Jean Caligure is 
currently on Kathy Heide's computer, and should 
stay there. Jean is no longer working for us.
 
So if someone could make that switch for us, that 
would be great. The cost of purchasing a 3rd 
license is prohibitively expensive at this time.

called and left a voicemail. We have two licenses 
on record (one for sally dunkin (v5.1) and one 
for Jean Caligure (v4.0)) I am unsure if they are 
trying to move a license.  Tricia also noted that 
they may have gotten a couple of licenses that we 
do not know about through OUS, in which case we 
would need some sort of disk or documentation.

Hello Help Desk,
 
Could you please put me in the queue for 
assistance with OmniForm?
 
The problem is that I have no more sessions left. 
I have used up my 25 sessions. The last time this 
happened, we couldn't find a registration number 
for me and I believe someone had to reinstall 
OmniForm on my computer to get me 25 more 
sessions. Joan Guralnick and Paul Lambert have 
assisted me with OmniForm in the past.
