Printed a test page and the print quality is fine.
I  told her to ignore the message until the print
quality decreases.

She says there is nothing wrong with the printer,
it just displays "maintenance required" on the lcd.

Went over to print off a config sheet but the
print room was locked already and everyone was gone.

Called in before requesting a maintenance kit and 
she said that the printer is not working 
properly. She called in about a month ago and 
someone told her that once a kit came in, that we 
would look into it.

I did not find any other requests pertaining to 
this issue.
