Audrey Macken	Apr 16, 2007 10:22 AM	tr-trilj8000 is the name of the printer, 20041053 is the wou# on the printer. While I was on the phone with her it started printing, but it was at least 15 minutes since she sent the job. When she looked at the printer on her computer it still said it was offline.
