This is a 10.3 MAC issue. Notified the user that
we're working on a fix for this issue. I'm closing
the ticket and flagging it under myself so we can
notify the user when the problem is resolved.

Todd was unsure whether or not a task already 
exists for this, and I could not find one. Todd 
says that a note was left on the desk with 
Skyler's name and the helpdesk extention but no 
instructions. 

The network drives need to be mapped.
