he went through and cleaned the machine he had
defragmented as well, the machine wasn't getting
the correct IP so I was able to get it working
once that was fixed.

Couch Olson said Couch Manning called in about 
this yesterday, but we don't have an entry for a 
Manning (other than Terry), and I could not find 
a task concerning the issue.

Every time they try to log into the laptop it 
says that the profiles could not be loaded. They 
need the Laptop up and running ASAP for an event 
today.
