I have not been able to find a repair like they 
had for IE6, firefox is working for her, I am 
going to consider that a valid solution.

It is working great in firefox. I am going to 
look into an IE7 repair (like the IE6 one.)

She is having trouble when she attempts to print 
from banner, she says the computer closes 
banner.  Also the network printer is having 
issues with toner (a request was put in for this 
before, but she says no one has contacter her 
about it yet).
