She did not have administrative rights on the
machine so she could not remove or download
programs. This was fixed. As for the remote
desktop issue: she was not typing in the correct
user name.

Ask if she ran the JRE that is available from 
the same site from which she downloaded 
Dialang.  It ran on my machine after I installed 
that.  That is if she really wants the program 
in the first place.

She also has some questions about remote desktop. 
She didn't elaborate too much, though.

The program is called Dialang. She downloaded it, 
but it doesn't work, so she tried to remove it, 
but when she clicks 'change or remove', it tries 
to reinstall. Her office hours are 9-10 Monday, 
Tuesday and Friday.
