I ran the java update. Hopefully that fixed it.

User called back. The error occured again. She 
clicked on the java update as advised but it 
didn't do anything.

Java Updater I believe. Probably needs to be
reinstalled.

Error occurs every time she logs in.

And needs to be shut down. Has been happening for 
a week. User is able to use windows normally 
after dismissing the error dialog.
