The library uses a local printer (#20008383), not
attached to MASH, to print documents from their
Circulation software. Today, whenever they select
the local printer and print a document, the
document is instead sent to the Writing Center's
printer. They sometimes print confidential stuff
so this is a serious issue.

They are using an application called PrintWiz
that somehow resizes the document so that it is
printed in a special 11 x 19 size. PrintWiz is
reporting that the pages are being printed at the
Writing Center.
