****This is an email****

Alex,

Went over to the library on a help desk ticket
where they were complaining about the usb thumb
drives not working right. Checked it out and my
Dell thumb drive that Joe gave me wasn't detected.
Joe told me to give you the IP of the server it
was connecting to so you could make sure the Temp
files are working properly.

When I checked the first time the IP I was given
was 140.211.127.49. The next 6 times it was
140.211.127.50. The USB Thumb Drives still
wouldn't work. And yes, I was checking in USB on
Remote Desktop, not looking for a normal thumb
drive icon.

If there's any other info you need that I can give
you let me know. I've copied this email to the
ticket and assigned it to you.
