Joan, due to your note below I'm assigning this to
you. Everything's taken care of now, so if you
don't need to do anything with this then go ahead
and let the ticket stay closed.

I moved a brick over from ITC 104. the scanner
appears to be setup but when you try to use it
you are told that it is being used by another
application.

Joe spoke with Joan and they decided to move one
of the power adapters from ITC 104 to the main lab.

Joan said she would take the brick over.

I went over and found the power adapter under
the attendant desk. It had been removed from
the scanner because it was broken.
Unfortunately, no one did anything else about
it. I delivered the damaged power brick to Brad

The contact information needed to be updated
when this task was made. The location was
listed as IT 002. And there was no email
address.

002 is a thin client lab. I'll look in 001 for
the scanner.

I was unable to locate a scanner in 002. Did
someone walk off with that too?

A pair of students were trying to use the scanner,
and there was simply no power cable to the
scanner. This machine is the Mac with the big
screen, station A1.
