I tried to get a hold of Brad and was informed 
that he is in a meeting. I mentioned Brad's note 
below about what to do if it happens again. 
Cheryl will be in for about 5 more minutes, then 
will be in class. She will leave the message on 
her screen.

Cheryl called back she recieved another 'generic 
host error' upon login.

She wasn't able to replicate the error.

Please keep her on the phone next time and have
her keep the error on the screen, then forward her
to me.

She is now getting error messages left and right. 
She is unable to open Word, now. She was able to 
check her email, but has had problems since then. 
She said she will leave her computer on for 
someone to work on it, but she may be in class.

I remotely restart the machine. Its up and running
now. Closing the task.

She turned it on, it had a windows error message 
and then wouldn't respond after she restarted it. 
It then had a message that said 'End Program 
Explorer.exe, program is not responding.'
