Was able to play a DVD and a music CD without any
problems at all. Closing ticket.

The MAC on the right side read the same DVD-R disc.

Stopped by to take a look.  It's the left MAC
machine in the lab area.  The machine will not
read from a DVD-R disc. Was going to troubleshoot,
but a user was on it doing some video editing. 
User said he was going to be using it all day.

When they put a DVD in the computer, it will 
eject it immediately. No error message.
