'Non HP supply installed' is the message she is 
getting. She is installing used toner cartriges 
in the printers. She made sure they were the 
correct cartriges, but she is getting this with 
multiple cartriges on multiple printers. Rather 
than sending jobs to the remaining printer, jobs 
are backing up on these printers.
