Once again, couldn't reproduce the error. I had
the printer clean the cartridges because the black
wasn't coming out very well. He said that the
paper would normally get stuck and wouldn't print
at all. I printed out at least 5 test pages and it
didn't happen so I'll close the ticket and cross
my fingers.

a color printer in disability services, either 
hasn't been printing the action is very rough as 
the printer head is getting stuck
