Apparently the library is displeased with their
purchase of those printers (those are Mike's
words) There isn't an actual problem right now,
they are just saying they have problems a lot.
I'll assign the task to Joe. 

Joe- let me know if there is something I should
actually do.

They have had a lot of problems with these 
printers jamming in the past. They can be cleared 
easily enough, but it is getting to the point 
that its wasting a lot of time and paper.
