Error message was from an old version of Java
Runtime Environment.  She had multiple older
instances of JRE. Remoted in, removed the old
versions, and installed JRE 6-1.

She got a message saying 'Application doesn't 
match', then it was fine after she restarted it. 
She wasn't paying attention to it for a while and 
when she came back, it had a message that it was 
going to shut down. That is when she called me. 
She was going to read the message to me, but it 
shut down before I picked up the phone.
