She's got the upgrade to the OS already installed.
I installed the newest patches. It's acting oddly
though. When you click connect it "pulses" the
button's blue color, but nothing else happens. No
"waiting" icon, no error, nothing.

I'm at a loss.

it sounds like rather than getting a new computer
she got the Mac OS upgrade done. She's still
having issues mapping the network drives.

and doesn't do anything.
