Hi Marjory,

I just spoke with Travis about the mail filter. 
In order to make this work again, the web server
service will need to be stopped and started again
(bounced).  This is not something that is good to
do during the day, as it does kick everyone out of
their email, forcing them to log back in.  He has
told me that he'll bounce this service after hours
tonight.
