He wasn't an admin on his computer so it wouldn't
let him remote in. I made him an admin so it
should work now...

WHen he tries to do this, it tells him his local 
computer is not setup to do this. THis started to 
happen in the middle of Winter term. He said that 
Joe was working on it but he never heard when/if 
it got fixed. He is available in his office till 
4:30p.
