She called back and said that her computer is 
still having these problems, but now it not only 
freezes but the screen goes black. SHe says that 
she unplugs it and then restarts it, but 30 
minutes later it does it again.

the problems are reoccuring again and getting 
worse effecting different programs if not the 
entire computer

This is an Optiplex MAY be orange lighting. I'm
going to call user and let her know I set system
to not go into hybernate and ask her to call back
in if the problem reoccurs. Also ask her to check
and see if the power button is glowing a
yellow-ish orange (amber) in case this is the problem.

turning off sleep mode.

She is teaching all morning, but will leave her 
office unlocked. She will be in from 12-1, but is 
leaving for the day at 2, and will lock her 
office then.

She said she is also unable to open pdf files and 
would like to have that looked into. It isn't a 
huge deal, though. She generally just goes down 
to the lab when she needs to open one.

She said that other day when she finally got her 
computer back up her favorites were missing. Then 
they came back up for no reason, and now she has 
saved pictures missing. She is in tomorrow 12:00-
12:45. You can go into her room even if she is 
not there. She said that she will go and tell the 
secretary to let you in her office tomorrow if 
she is not there.

Called, left vm asking for times. The easy fix
here is to just tell the machine to not go into
sleep mode anymore.
