Hi Myron,
About a month ago a very nice young lady came up
to the office and hooked the scanner up to the
computer and got us up and running. I have not had
a chance to try it out but will try and do that in
the next day or two and if it is not working, I
will let you know. For now you can mark this
service request as completed.

Joe talked to Teresa about this request for the
scanner, since I had not heard anything about this
ticket.

She said there is no work order for you. did it
get completed? if not please reply all and let
Teresa know your request.

Called to find out if they were still waiting on
instruction from the Dean to set this up. Got
voice mail so I left a message asking her if
they're still waiting to hear from the Dean about
where to put this. I asked for a call back either
way so we can either close the ticket or get the
setup taken care of for her.

Called Dorothy and gave her the Service Request
number. She'll call back in when she's ready to
have this set up.

When she calls in please note the times for
someone to come up and put the ticket to "Pending"
rather than "On Hold". Thanks.

Delivered it but it is NOT set up yet. They said
the Dean hasn't decided where to put the scanner
so they wanted to just keep it near some of their
printers for the time being.

They have all the instructions, disks, etc, for
the device. They're going to call back in when
they're ready to have this set up. Ticket is on
hold until then.

I put this under Dorothy but I'm the one who put 
in the Purchase request via Bill Kernan/David 
McDonald ...She may not be aware that they need 
to order a network jack I will try to contact her 
and update this task with more info.  Joe, I 
started in your list due to the network config 
element :)
