machine is dead, calling to inform them that the

tested with a new power supply, still didn't power up.

looks like a liquid most likely coffee was spilled
and some fell inside where the tower is. for it is
stuck on it. the power supply gets power and the
motherboard light comes on but the machine does
not turn on.

The computer is located on the 2nd floor, north 
side. She checked all the cords, made sure it was 
plugged in, but both the computer and monitor are 
showing no signs of power.
