I received a phone call from an annoyed Cathy. 
She said that her/their (creative arts?) printer 
was not working Thursday and that Joe said he'd 
bring a replacement Friday. This is the most 
relevant/related service request I could find. I 
am sending an email to Joe as he is not in the 
office yet today.

Wow.I talked about this with Audrey.  She said 
that Cathy didn't sound any more stressed than 
she normally does when she calls in.  Cathy 
never mentioned that it was a high priority or 
used any other phrase to intimate that it was a 
high priority.  Evidently the "call asap" note 
was Audrey's interpretation.  I mentioned that 
if you are inclined to add that kind of a rider, 
you need to follow it up with a call to the tech 
phone. I'm done.  You can mark this completed 
after you read it.

So this was kind of a silly event all around.  She
already had printed these items out on her PC. 
So, while she listed it as "emergent" it was NOT.

That being said, we did not receive a call or
radio notice.  Brian called her before the 11:06
timestamp listed below.  She "screamed" at him
that no one had called etc.  I then took over the
task, because I wanted to speak with Cathy.  Her
actions (verbal abuse to Brian Witt) were
inappropriate.  She apologized.

I'm assigning this to Joan so that she's aware
that a client's expectation of passing along the
"phone call asap" was not met.

When she tries to print, the margins come out 
wrong, even when she tries to set them before she 
prints. When she prints on letter head, it comes 
out 'all garbled'. She would like a phone call 
asap.
