She's been logged off the terminal server. All

Forgot to mention it, but she was using a thin
client behind the reference desk in the library.
She couldn't remember specifically which computer
though. She said she uses different ones somewhat
frequently.

amille2 is her user name. the email didn't go
because I spelled it amill2. 

However, I got her live on the phone and she said
that she's already completed the work but would
like to be able to open the documents on her H
drive. Can we delete the temp versions of the
following files so she can access them?

Ok, so I hit "send" on that email and it came back
with a user unknown error for amandamill2@wou.edu
I took her name off the list and only eamiled to
amill2@wou.edu this also returned an address
unknown error.

I'm going to call the number she gave and leave a
voicemail.

Amanda,

I'm emailing you about the helpdesk ticket
concerning the computer that rebooted on you while
you were working. Unfortunately the WOU number we
have listed in the ticket isn't listed at the
proper location so we don't know where you were
working at the time of the incident. Can you email
ucshelpdesk@wou.edu or call us at 503-838-8925 and
let us know the computer you were working on when
this happened?

Also, your ticket mentions that the warning said
someone else was using the files you were trying
to use. Most likely this is caused by a thin
client losing connection to the terminal server,
or your computer losing connection to the network
drive temporarily and then reconnecting. The files
show as being in use because you had them open,
but they're not really being used by someone else.
Hopefully if we can identify what computer you
were using we can take care of the problem.

Just noticed in inventory, but the monitor is
still being listed as being Levi's. Most likely
not the case.

which is not the address she gave. I'll try
emailing both addresses, but I think the one she
gave may be a hotmail or yahoo account.

WOU number is from the monitor. No way for us to
know which computer this was unless we can get a
hold of the user. I'm going to email her.

Amanda Korbe, amandamill2, 503-310-1546. The 
names of the files were willscorecard, 
willscorecard2, camporeescorecard and they were 
saved to 'my documents'. She was in the middle of 
working on them when the computer logged her off. 
She logged back on, but when she tried to open 
the files, they said someone else was using them.
