JetDirect that the printer is plugged into needed
to be rebooted. Did that and now it's working.

Called. Left VM asking when she'll be in so we can
take a look at the way her printer is set up on
her system.

Hello,

 

Once again my workstation is not activating the 
networked color printer in HL209 (named radar-
Collection-Mgt-color.)

My Station #:  20020685[Edit Inv]

Printer #:  20020647[Edit Inv]

Others in the unit report they are unable to 
print to this printer as well.

 

Would it be possible to have a technician look 
into this by Wednesday next week?
