Ran Ccleaner, SpyBot, and Ad-Aware.  Internet
access and program execution is fast.  Also
renamed her background image so Ccleaner won't
delete it. She is very satisfied with her
computers performance.

Monday and Wednesday 10-11:45

Those are her office hours. She says she's still
having slow down problems. She said that internet
pages and the like are working just fine, but when
she tries to move between emails etc she has major
slowdown issues.

I don't really know if there's a problem here, but
she wants it taken care of. She'll be in next week
at the above times. She's off campus this Friday.

Called to make sure everything was taken care of.
No answer, but didn't leave VM so as not to
confuse her overly. I'll call her back again later.

User called back. She was extremely distraught 
that her background was replaced with a solid 
blue screen. While I was assuring her that 
immediate action would be taken she must have 
gone into Display settings and changed it back. 
All is well.

Called, she wasn't in. I damewared in. I set her
pagefile size larger, ran ccleaner, made sure she
had the latest OS and Office updates, Deleted old
profiles, deleted Temporary internet files,
deleted browser history in both IE and Firefox.

I'm going to call her and then close this ticket
under my name. If she calls back in saying she
still has problems please reassign to UCS Tech and
get times when she'll be in the office for someone
to remote in while she's logged in or come by and
look at the machine in person.

She doesn't really want anyone to go take a look 
at it right now, because she will be in class, 
but if you can check things out from here, that 
would be okay. She mostly just wanted us to know 
what was going on.
