Called her. She said she doesn't need to use the
terminal server at this moment so she doesn't care
too much. Told her Joe is going to reboot the
terminal servers tonight and that that should take
care of the problem. Closing ticket.

THe window is greyed out and she cannot click the 
ok or cancel buttons. She has no way of getting 
rid of this. She has to move it around so she can 
use her screen. She is in till 5p
